Kangana Ranaut thinks people should stop cribbing about Mondays

'Monday Blues' is a Western idea, according to actor and MP Kangana Ranaut. In her most recent Instagram story, she discussed her opinions regarding the Monday memes. She said that Indians shouldn't whine about their jobs because their nation is still developing. Additionally, the actor emphasized the need to normalize "obsessive work culture". Kangana offered her views on the need for an obsessive work ethic by sharing a video of Prime Minister Narendra Modi discussing his goal of making India a developed nation by 2047.

Kangana wrote on her Instagram stories, “Together we have just one goal – Nation First. Just one intention – 2047 Viksit Bharat. I have said this publicly, my each and every moment is for the country. I have also promised the country – 24/7 for 2047.”

What Narayana Murthy Said About Work Culture

Similar remarks were made before by Infosys founder Narayana Murthy. Earlier this year, in an interview with former Infosys CFO Mohandas Pai for the first edition of 3one4 Capital's podcast "The Record," Murthy stated that young people need to work longer hours in order to compete with developed countries.

"India's work productivity is one of the lowest in the world. Unless we improve our work productivity...we will not be able to compete with those countries that have made tremendous progress. "So therefore, my request is that our youngsters must say, 'This is my country. I'd like to work 70 hours a week,'" he added.

For the unversed, one day following her victory in the Lok Sabha elections, Kangana said that, while going through security at the Chandigarh airport, a female CISF constable slapped and abused her.
