In June 2020, all of Sushant Singh Rajput fans lost their hero as the news of his alleged suicide came in, leaving the Hindi film industry in shock. The actor used to live in his flat at Mount Blanc in Bandra, Mumbai, which was left vacant for years. But now an actress from his industry only, Adah Sharma, has rented the flat. There were rumours that Adah was about to buy the flat, but now it has been made clear that she is on rent. Did you ever think about how much she is paying to rent the famous flat? 

What Is The Rent Adah Sharma Paying For Sushant Singh Rajput's Flat?

A total of Rs. 4.5 lakh per month is being paid by Adah. Sushant's flat is a big house of around 3,600 sq ft.

Adah Sharma, in her recent interview with the Bombay Times, confirmed that she shifted to the flat.

For the first time, Adah left her lifelong home in Pali Hill, Bandra, and conveyed her sensitivity to good feelings and the great ambiance she felt in Sushant's flat. She commented, "I've lived in the same house at Pali Hill (Bandra) my entire life, and this is the first time I've moved out. I am really sensitive to vibes, and this place (Sushant Singh Rajput's flat) offers me good ones. Our residences in Kerala and Mumbai were surrounded by trees, and we used to feed birds and squirrels. So I wanted a home with a view and plenty of room to feed birds."

Despite people's superstitions about settling into the flat after Sushant's tragic demise, Adah never hesitated. Instead of listening to other people's opinions, she followed her gut, as she had with her film choices such as 1920 and The Kerala Story. Adah has recently painted the walls white, giving the flat a new look. The lower level has been converted into a temple, one upstairs room into a music room, another into a dance studio, and the terrace into a garden.
