Actor Varun Dhawan shared the first photo of his daughter on Father's Day 2024, expressing his happiness at becoming a "girl dad." The actor has uploaded two pictures to Instagram. In one photo, he was seen grasping his pet dog Joey's paw, while in the another, his daughter was spotted clinging to her father's finger.  Varun Dhawan wrote, “Happy Father’s Day. My father taught me that the best way to celebrate this day is by going out there and working for your family so Il be doing just that. Couldn’t be happier to be a girl dad.”

Along with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni posted a video on Saturday. Reposting the clip, she wrote, “One of the most endearing qualities of Modi ji is that he makes women feel that he is rooting for them and wants them to rise (heart emoji)”. “No wonder PM Meloni thinks that Modi ji is team Meloni,” she added.

One of the most vocal people in the entertainment industry, actress Swara Bhasker, has finally responded to Kangana Ranaut's slap incident. In an interview with Connect Cine, Swara said, “Anybody who is a reasonable person will say that whatever happened with Kangana was wrong… There is nobody who will justify the violence or an act of assault which Kangana suffered. So yes, what happened with her was wrong and shouldn’t have happened. It is not right to assault anyone”.

 According to Sacnilk, the film made about Rs 4.75 crore net on its opening day. Initial estimates state that on its second day, it brought in Rs 6.75 crore nett in India. To date, the film has earned Rs 11.5 crore in India. Sacnilk also states, “Chandu Champion had an overall 21.27% Hindi Occupancy on Saturday, June 15, 2024.”
