If someone says Bollywood has no drug problem, they are perhaps lying. Several Bollywood celebrities have admitted about drug addiction themselves. Here's a list of Bollywood celebrities who admitted smoking marijuana.

1. Nawazuddin Siddiqui

On Ranveer Allahbadia's podcast recently, Nawazuddin Siddiqui revealed he used to smoke marijuana in his youth with his friends. Calling it a mistake, he added that he doesn't endorse it anymore. He also said that he would consume bhaang and feel like the biggest star in the world. "I would sometimes be Ashwatthama, Karn, Krishna and perform for hours. I would perform from morning to night because you get into a loop. Later, when its effect would subside, people would tell me, ‘Paagal ho gaya kya hai tu? You have been repeating the same dialogue all day!' I would go to parks, perform in buses wherever."

2. Ranbir Kapoor

Ranbir Kapoor once revealed that he smoked weed during the shooting of Rockstar"I used it again during Rockstar, this time as an acting tool. It was hard to get in the moment on stage with 300 junior artistes posing as a real audience. Pot made those moments feel real."

3. Somy Ali

Salman Khan's ex-girlfriend and actress once revealed, "I have no shame or qualms in admitting that at the age of 15, while I was in the US, I, due to peer pressure, tried weed with a bunch of high-school friends to look cool and to fit in. But soon, I realised it was not for me. Then once again in Bangalore, during a shoot with late Divya Bharti, we both engaged in weed. And that was literally the last time I did any sort of recreational drug."

4. Honey Singh

During one of his live performances, Honey Singh urged his fans, "Ganja Vanja mat fuka karo. Five years of my life I wasted doing this. Drink as much as you can."

5. Ravi Kishan

In an interview with journalist Faye D Souza, Anurag Kashyap revealed, "Ravi Kishan acted in my last film Mukkabaaz. Ravi Kishan starts his day by saying Jai Shiv Shankar, Jai Bam Bhole. Jai shiv Shambhu For the longest period of his time, he has been somebody who has used weed. It is life. Everybody knows it. The whole world knows. There’s not a single person who doesn’t know that Ravi Kishan does not smoke up. He might have quit now, that he has become a minister, he might have cleaned up."

Responding to this, Ravi Kishan told ANI, "I didn’t expect such words from Anurag Kashyap. It’s no secret I am a devotee of Shiva so I chant his name. I’m saddened he would not support me on this issue of the war on drugs & say that I smoked up & am now clean just because I’m a minister, which I’m not."

Furthermore, Anurag Kashyap said that he doesn't smoke marijuana as he as asthma, still people call him 'Charsi' and 'Ganjedi' because he rolls up his own tobacco cigarettes. 

6. Aryan Khan

Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan had reportedly confessed to Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) when he was arrested in the cruise ship drugs case that he used to smoke Ganja (cannabis) in 2018 while studying for graduation in the US. He said that he was suffering from some sleep disorder and after reading articles on the internet about marijuana could help, he tried it. 

7. Bharti Singh

The comedian and her husband and screenwriter Haarsh Limbachiyaa was arrested by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) after 86.5g (3oz) of the cannibis was found in their house.
